Due to the nature of medical supplies and infection control regulations, only unopened, unused, and non-expired items in their original packaging may be eligible for return.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:• Items were received damaged or defective.
• Incorrect product(s) were sent due to our error.
• The product is eligible for return under manufacturer warranty or defect policy.
