DermaKlenz is a Wound Cleanser with a non-irritation pH balanced formula. DermaKlenz is packaged in a handy spray bottle. An attached spray nozzle provides a direct stream or gentle mist, depending upon the nozzle adjustment. The nozzle also creates the appropriate psi to facilitate the removal of organic material, slough, blood clots, dead tissue and other wound debris without disrupting the wound bed. No additional irrigation set is necessary with DermaKlenz. Manufactured by DermaRite, DermaKlenz is formulated with zinc to promote healing.
DermaKlenz contains no detergents. One hand is all that is required to use DermaKlenz to allow your other hand to be free for another task.DermaKlenz Wound Cleanser prepares the wound bed for primary dressings and does not require any rinsing.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of medical supplies and infection control regulations, only unopened, unused, and non-expired items in their original packaging may be eligible for return.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:• Items were received damaged or defective.
• Incorrect product(s) were sent due to our error.
• The product is eligible for return under manufacturer warranty or defect policy.
2. Non-Returnable ItemsFor the safety of our clients, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

Please provide the following:

• Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
4. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.Pickup may be available.
5. Refunds & CreditsOnce your return is received and inspected:
• Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
