    Due to the nature of medical supplies and infection control regulations, only unopened, unused, and non-expired items in their original packaging may be eligible for return.

    Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

    • Items were received damaged or defective.

    • Incorrect product(s) were sent due to our error.

    • The product is eligible for return under manufacturer warranty or defect policy.

    2. Non-Returnable ItemsFor the safety of our clients, we cannot accept returns on the following:

    • Opened or used products

    • Items without original packaging

    • PPE (e.g., gloves, masks, gowns)

    • Incontinence products (e.g., diapers, underpads)

    • Personal hygiene items (e.g., no-rinse shampoos, wipes)

    • Any item marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

    3. Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact us at biomedixsupplies@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

    Please provide the following:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

    Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

    4. Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.Pickup may be available.

    5. Refunds & CreditsOnce your return is received and inspected:

    • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    6. ExchangesWe do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
